MICS Civil Works

⁠⁠⁠Jemena is seeking a contractor to provide procurement and construction services for the civil scope of the MICS facilities. The scope of works include, but not limited to:
* Supply of all materials (excluding earthing cable)
* Mobilisation to site (including set up of temporary facilities for the Contractors Personnel)
* Fabrication and installation of pre-cast and in-situ concrete supports (including excavation, backfill with select fill, restoration of hardstand as required)
* Installation of earthing and earth grid (including testing)
* Installation of buried conduit
* Installation and leak test of buried water service piping, including couplings for transition to copper
* Support services as required (e.g., survey, concrete testing, compaction testing)
* Removal of excess spoil to designated location
* Clean up and disposal of all waste
* Demobilisation

It is expected as part of the scope of works, the contractor will be required to:
* Obtain all appropriate insurances, licences and approvals necessary to execute the works
* Comply with Jemena specifications and Australian Standards for all works
* Provide project management procedures including safety, quality, environmental, risk, procurement, subcontractor and construction management plans
* Produce construction and safety documentation, such as construction execution plan, SWMS, training and competency matrices
* Produce quality documentation, such as ITPs and ITRs
* Provide redline mark-ups of completed works
* Prepare and deliver a comprehensive Manufacturer’s Data Report
* Participate in project kick off and regular progress meetings with Jemena
* Submit regular progress reports to Jemena
* Ensure completion and delivery within stipulated time frame and budget
