Expression of Interest Licence to Operate Kiosk - City Administration Centre

⁠⁠⁠The City invites expressions of interest to manage and operate the kiosk on the ground floor of the new City Administration Centre located on 2 Southern Drive in Busselton.

The kiosk occupies an area of 7.45 m2 in area and will serve quality take away hot and cold beverages, packaged snacks and light lunches to City employees, business visitors and members of the public. It is paramount a consistently high quality coffee offering is provided by the successful proponent.

Prospective bids will be received in writing from March 31 until 10:00 am April 21 2017.

The City will assess all conforming offers and upon selecting a preferred bidder, shall elect to negotiate a commercial agreement to license the premises.
