Tender Description
Jemena is seeking a contractor who can complete the fabrication of carbon steel, low temperature carbon steel and stainless steel pipe spools (c. 10,000 diameter inches):
a) Material receipt and inspection of free issued pipe and fittings
b) Qualification of welders and weld procedures
c) Fabrication of pipe spools in accordance with isometric drawings, Australian Standards and Jemena Specifications
d) 100% Material and Welding Traceability
e) Post Weld Heat Treatment as required by Jemena specifications
f) Inspection and testing (MPI / DPI, Radiography, Ultrasonic)
g) Surface treatment
h) Inspection Release
i) Packaging and delivery to site.
