Calvary Public Hospital Bruce (CPHB) is located in the northern suburbs of Canberra, ACT. Spread over two campuses, we serve the communities of North Canberra and surrounding regions. The Bruce campus (275 beds) provides acute and sub-acute services, the Barton campus is home to Clare Holland House Hospice (19 beds).

Requests for Tender (RFT) are sought for the Provision of Patient Food Services to Calvary Health Care ACT Limited.

CPHB invites tenders from suitably qualified, experienced and accredited corporations for the provision of Patient Food Services to the two facilities mentioned.

The scope of the Patient Food Services requirements includes the following components:
* Preparation and distribution of breakfast, lunch, dinner and three mid-meals to every patient every day in both locations.
* Compliance with all current and applicable codes, standards and legislation for the food industry.
* Compliance with all current and applicable CPHB operating instructions and policies.

The term of any possible future contract emanating from this RFT is proposed to be 2 years + 3 x 1 year options.

A mandatory Site Inspection / Industry Briefing will be conducted in Function Room No. 3 on Monday 3 April 2017 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Interested parties are requested to register in the foyer of the main entrance at Calvary Hospital Which is located at the corner of Belconnen Way and Haydon Drive, Bruce.
