The Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust (the Trust) has a strategic business plan containing a specific focus on placing a dynamic fan experience at the very centre of all of its activities. The Trust is committed to the enhancement of business enablers to ensure the continued financial and commercial viability of its venues and its current and future customers.

An essential part of this strategy is the provision of Ticketing & Access Services. The Trust acknowledges the changing ticketing environment and the impact this has on maximising operational efficiencies, enhancement of the user experience and maintaining our ongoing commercial commitments.

Recent and ongoing investment in a fully ‘Connected Precinct’ has driven the continual evolution of the Trust’s focus on enhancing and streamlining all its systems onto a fully converged network. Integrating these systems is a priority for the Trust to ensure these investments are fully leveraged and ensure the precinct is a leader in broader digital transformation of Sydney, NSW and Australia.

As such, the Trust is inviting Expression of Interests from suitably qualified and experienced vendors to provide an innovative Ticketing Services offer.

This is a two stage process. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be considered for participation in the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage for the proposed contract.
