Tender Description
The project is to prepare a Master Plan to identify land use opportunities within Wollongong Harbour consistent with its: heritage significance; reservation for Port Facilities and Services; and, the objectives of zoning IN4 - Working Waterfront.
Land use opportunities are to focus on Crown land areas of the harbour taking into consideration adjoining land.
The credibility of the Master Plan and its prospects for success will hinge on the success of the community engagement process.
