Fixed Asset Valuation Services

⁠⁠⁠This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of: Fixed Assets Valuation and Reporting Services which will involve:
* The valuation of the asset classes listed under section A.A.2 as at 30 June 2017 at fair value. A comprehensive valuation will involve physical inspection (although a sampling approach may be utilised as appropriate). A desktop revaluation will not require inspection by the valuer, although updated condition data will be provided by DPS to assist the valuer with these valuations;
* Preparation of disclosures in accordance with AASB 13 and 116 as at 30 June 2017;
* Assistance, where necessary, to provide support or explanation to DPS financial statement auditors (Australian National Audit Office) within the offered price.
