Tender Description
Regional Procurement in association with EnergyAction will undertake a series of Reverse Auctions for the Supply of Electricity for Contestable sites & Street Lighting on behalf of Coffs Harbour City Council. Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to register their intention to respond via the EnergyAction platform by the deadline 11.00am Friday 21 April 2017.
Auction specifications may be obtained from www.energyexchange.com.au Responsibility for registration of intention to bid lies solely with the Bidder. Bid lodgement information is provided in the 'Invitation to Bidders' documents attached to this notice.
Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid submitted.
A series of reverse pricing auctions will be held by EnergyAction from 11:10am following the close of the auction registration period.
