The City of Bayswater is seeking appropriately experienced and qualified consultants to design, supply and install Sports field lighting on Emberson Reserve South Oval, Noranda for training purposes, to minimum light levels of average 50 LUX.

Competitive Tendering: The City of Bayswater is not submitting a competitive tender for the requirements.

Conditions of Tendering: Electronic tender submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify. The City is not bound to accept the lowest tender and may decline any tender.
