Contractors interested in being considered to tender on the following School Projects are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to the Catholic Schools Office, Newcastle.
St Clare’s High School, Taree Construction of a new flexible learning centre, covered outdoor learning area and refurbishment of pupil amenities. Estimated contract value $5.0m.
San Clemente High School, Mayfield Construction of a new Multi-Purpose Hall with associated storage space, toilets and kitchen area. The new building also includes construction of new learning areas. Estimated contract value $5.5m.
Submissions will be assessed against the following criteria:
* Current capacity and experience of nominated staff to undertake the works
* Extensive experience in working on school projects
* Recently completed projects and suitable references
* Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete projects of the estimated contract value and scope on time.
