Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitability qualified consultants to develop a concept plan for the construction of a new Tourist Information Centre in Lightning Ridge NSW.
It is envisaged that the proposed centre would include provision for the following functions;
* Public Information Area
* Office Environment to accommodate staff and volunteers
* Public toilets which can be accessed internally and externally
* Conference area (approx. 50 people)
* Sealed carpark to accommodate carsdm caravans and tourist buses
* Preferred location for the proposed centre
* Council agency facility to provide all Council functions
The concept should include plans of the proposed facility and a preliminary cost estimate.
Interested parties should provide details of their experience and qualifications in projects of this sort in writing to the undersigned by 31 March 2017.
