Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3A Business Case Advice

⁠⁠⁠LG314/621/17/147 - This commission seeks to prepare a robust Preliminary Business Case (PBC) for Stage 3A of the Gold Coast Light Rail and Urban Corridor project from Broadbeach South to an interim terminus at Burleigh Heads town centre. The PBC will utilise inputs from a range of parallel investigations to provide a clear way forward on the conduct of improved transport and land use outcomes for this southern growth corridor of the Gold Coast, with a focus on extension of light rail as the reference case. The PBC must fully address all the matters contained in the Building Queensland’s Business Case Development Framework and must follow the format required by the Preliminary Business Case template.
