Tender Description
This is a Quality Assured, Schedule of Rates PANEL Contract.
Tenders closing at 3pm Tuesday 4 April 2017 at Cowra Council's Office in 116 Kendal St Cowra.
Tenders are invited from the PCCP accredited Contractors with previous experience for supply and application of road pavement marking at various locations within the boundaries of Cowra Council for the period up to 30 June 2018, with optional extension for further 12 months. The contract will tentatively be started in April 2017. At least 2 Tenderers offering best value to the Council will be appointed in the panel contract and will be offered works order in the contract period.
The work under the Contract includes choice of suitable materials for the required performance criteria, supply and install, reinstate, maintain markings and control of traffic.

The Principal shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
