Tender Description
Tenders are invited for construction of a new town square in Palmwoods as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications. The new town square will be constructed in the heart of Palmwoods and will provide a visually appealing central civic space for use by the community.
The works include, but are not limited to:
* Demolition and removal of existing pavements and landscaping;
* Construction of new concrete pavements complete with architectural finish;
* Civil earthworks, soft landscaping and storm water drainage;
* Final asphalt and street line marking;
* Relocation of existing services;
* Retaining wall construction;
* Supply and installation of timber decking;
* Supply and installation of new lighting for roadways and crossing, plus architectural lighting;
* Supply and installation of new street furniture; and
* Incorporation of art works.
