Tender Description
Expression of Interest for new 1000 m2 Hindu Temple for BAPS New Zealand Incorporated, comprising prayer hall, dining hall, classrooms, priest apartment/s and commercial kitchen. Site works include site boundary fencing, earthworks, car park surfacing and and all required services.
Concrete slab-on-ground floor with 20 Series masonry block solid plastered external walls. Steel portal frame roof structure with steel purlins and profiled pre-painted metal sheet roofing. Aluminium IGU windows. Hand carved wooden entrance doors and fibreglass decoration and ornamentation ex India to be fitted.
Building consent application is being processed and building consent is expected for issue end March 2017.
NZIA SCC 2016 Tender and Contract Documentation is being prepared for tender process April 2017 and construction commencing End April 2017 with completion by mid-February 2018.
