Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers - Plant Hire Services

⁠⁠⁠Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council is inviting submissions from businesses seeking to be placed on Council’s Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers for Plant Hire Services - Period May 2017 to May 2018 - Contract No. 2017-02-01.

Closing time is 12 Noon, 27 March 2017 and will not be opened publicly.

The services are listed below. Interested companies may complete a Schedule of Rates for one or multiple of the listed categories and return with the completed Tender Response.

When collecting the contract documentation, the tenderer should request a copy of the Schedule of Rates for each category they are interested in.

* Roller Multi Tyre 18T
* Roller Smooth Drum 14T
* Roller Pad Foot 18T
* Diesel Fuel trailer 1500 litre
* Tipper End 10T

* Portable Toilets
* Job Truck
* Transport above equipment Cairns and/ or supplier to job site
* Water Cart 12T

Preference may be negotiated with suppliers prepared to offer equipment on monthly rental arrangement with stand down availability.
