Tender Description
This RFT relates to the design, manufacture, supply, erection, commissioning, maintenance and defects rectification of new gangway at the OPT, all in accordance with the Works Brief at Annexure B.
Generally, the Work under Contract (WUC) includes:
a) Preparation of design documentation including drawings, calculations and analyses;
b) Comprehensive risk assessments and design review (ensuring the risk assessment outcomes (mitigation measures) are included in the design);
c) Submission of the design, risk assessment and other Contract documents to the Purchaser and Independent Verifier for review;
d) Supplying information to and responding to queries from the Independent Verifier;
e) Supply, manufacture, delivery, assembly and erection of the gangway(s) in accordance with Contractor's QA system;
f) Testing and Commissioning of the gangway(s);
g) Operator training of the gangway(s);
h) Supply of manuals and as built drawings;
i) Defects rectification work during the Defects Liability Period; and
j) Maintenance during the Defects Liability Period.
