Tender Description
The scope of works shall include but not be limited to the following:
* Site establishment;
* Site erosion and sediment controls;
* Provision of management plans covering quality, safety, environmental and traffic management;
* Geotechnical conformance testing;
* Control of traffic (including for the new access off Old Grafton Road and for preventing public access to the campground during construction);
* Clearing and grubbing including the demolition and disposal of existing infrastructure;
* Stormwater drainage including pipe works, pits, headwalls, swale drains and making good any connections to existing;
* Bulk earthworks including topsoil stripping, cut to fill and rip/recompact/proof roll foundation;
* Rock mattress scour protection;
* Pavement for internal roads and carparks with Principal supplied (Contractor hauled) gravel;
* Bitumen sealing and construction of new access off Old Grafton Road;
* Guideposts and signposting;
* Revegetation including topsoil spreading, seeding and jute mesh lining;
* Utility locations;
* Survey/set out works and Works-As-Executed drawings;
* Installation of Principal supplied cattlegrids including making good to existing fences;
* Installation of timber parking bollards;
* Site disestablishment, clean up and restoration.
* Water extraction for dust suppression and construction purposes is to occur when the Mann River is flowing as per the conditions in the Report card for the Mid Mann River Water Source link
