Provision of Employee Assistance Program Services to Return to Work Corporation of South Australia

⁠⁠⁠D17/195747 - RTWSA is seeking the provision of Employee Assistance Program services. These services will provide psychological counselling services for RTWSA employees and their immediate family, at no charge to the employee, consistent with RTWSA holistic wellbeing program. The service will include trauma and personal counselling.

The aim of RTWSA’s Employee Assistance Program is to provide preventive and proactive interventions for the early detection, identification and/or resolution of both work and personal problems that may adversely affect performance and wellbeing. These problems and issues may include, but are not limited to, relationships, health, trauma, substance abuse, gambling and other addictions, financial problems, depression, anxiety disorders, psychiatric disorders, communication problems, legal and coping with change.

This contract is for a term of three years with two options to extend for an additional 12 months. The current contract for the provision of Employee Assistance Program ends on 30 June 2017 and RTWSA is seeking to commence new contract arrangements with the successful tenderer on 1 June 2017 to allow the transition process to be completed in time for the appointed provider to commence on 1 July 2017.
