Upgrade of Air Conditioning Ipswich Art Gallery

⁠⁠⁠16-17-023 - Following a thermal scan of the sub-mains and switch board MSSB3, it was discovered that temperatures were excessive. Council’s key objective is to upgrade the existing air-conditioning system at the Ipswich Art Gallery ensuring it is fit for purpose to support current and future requirements. New steel platforms are being fitted to allow installation of the four new AC units.

As part of the Works, the successful Contractor will be required to upgrade both sub-mains at the same time as the upgrading of the air-conditioning system.
