Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the replacement of the public amenities facility located at Coopers Lookout Park, Buddina.
The works shall include, but not be limited to:
* Decommissioning and removal of existing amenities building and associated services;
* Construction of a new amenities building;
* Connection of services, including plumbing, drainage and electrical;
* Construction of access pathways;
* Landscaping of disturbed areas and construction of garden bed; and
* Commissioning.
