Tender Description
The Contract Authority is seeking tenderers to be appointed for a panel of contractors for the supply of Hardware and / or Services to customers under a Whole of Government arrangement.
The tender is to be provided in two lots.
Lot 1. Original equipment manufacturers of only hardware that may be supplied by the panel of contractors to include devices as follows:
(a) Personal computers, desktop computers, laptop computers, notebook computers, ruggedized notebooks, subnotebooks, zero clients, tablet and mini-tablet computers, ruggedized tablets, hybrid computers, thin client computers, specialised computers, workstations and any other hardware that an end user can use to interact with their data and applications; and
(b) docking stations for computers, monitors for computers, peripheral devices and accessories, and software so long as they accompany the purchase of a primary device.
Lot 2. Providers of services that may be supplied by a panel of contractors to include services as follows:
Asset tagging service, pre-delivery configuration, pre-delivery imaging, basic installation, extended installation, sanitisation services, decommissioning services, disposal services.
