The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for a New Hall and Administration Building located at Redcliffe State High School, Corner Klinger and Oxley Ave, Redcliffe QLD 4020.

Works also include relocation of demountable classroom buildings and construction of new basketball courts.

Tender documentation will be released by Ridgemill Pty Ltd. Level 1, 16 Marie Street, Milton QLD 4064 to eligible contractors as per the PQC list provided by DET. Contractors interested in tendering are to send a request email including their PQC certificated to Ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au.

Site Visit: Will be held at Redcliffe State High School on Wednesday, 8th March 2017 at 2:30pm. Attendees limited to two per tenderer. Please sign in at the administration building.
