The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for Stage 1 located at Redcliffe Special School, Klinger Road, Redcliffe QLD 4020.

Works also include the construction of a new administration and GLA building, along with associated renovation and carpark works.

Tender documentation will be released by Ridgemill Pty Ltd. Level 1, 16 Marie Street, Milton QLD 4064 to eligible contractors as per the PQC list provided by DET. Contractors interested in tendering are to send a request email including their PQC certificate to Ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au.

Site Visit: Will be held at Redcliffe State High School on Thursday, 9th March 2017 at 1:00pm. Attendees will be limited to two per tenderer. Please sign in at the administration building.
