Commercial Bathroom renovations

Stage 1.
Construction of Toilet Amenities to downstairs area at rear of warehouse.
Demolition of brick walls
Timber frames as required using 90mm treated pine to take plumbing and electrical work
Waterproofing
Installation of wall tiles to 2000mm above floor level
Installation of floor tiles throughout
Installation of false ceiling (200mm) for installation of exhaust fans and lighting
Installation of plasterboard lining and 50mm cornice
All timber walls lined with villa board
Replace all doors and locks
All cubicles to be melamine with new toilet suits
Ladies amenities consisting of 4 toilet cubicles comprising 4 toilet suits, 1 double basin, 1mirror
Mens amenities consisting of 2 toilet cubicles, 2 urinal units, 1 shower recess,
1 double basin, 1 mirror.
All bathroom fixtures of suitable commercial quality
Painting works
walls and ceilings using 3 coat system
Doors preprimed 2 coat system finished in gloss
Cement render to internal brickwork as required
Relocate existing hot water system
Electrical Works

Concrete cutting for sewer pipe waste
Installation of floor tiles throughout
Installation of false ceiling (200mm) for installation of exhaust fan and lighting
Installation of wall tiles to 2000mm above floor level
Installation of plasterboard lining and 50mm cornice
Batten and line back wall with villa board
Install toilet cubicle partitioning x 3
All cubicles to be melamine with new toilet suits
Ladies amenities consisting of 3 cubicles
Supply and install 3 x toilet suits, 1 x double vanity unit, 1 x mirror
All bathroom fixtures of suitable commercial quality
Painting works
walls and ceilings using 3 coat system
Doors preprimed 2 coat system finished in gloss
Cement render to internal brickwork as required
Retain existing door
Electrical Works
