PHN CQ Integrated Mental Health and Alcohol & Other Drug Services

⁠⁠⁠Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast PHN (the PHN) is a commissioning organisation and is inviting Tenders for Integrated Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.

The PHN is one of 31 Commonwealth funded PHNs nationwide. It is a not for profit organisation which coordinates primary and preventative health care for a region of 161,000km2, with a population of 823,985 people; stretching from Glasshouse Mountains in the south, to north of Yeppoon and west of Emerald.

Eligibility: Bids are welcome from a single organisation or a collaboration of organisations; however the Bidder (lead organisation) must also satisfy the following conditions:
* Have the appropriate legal status;
* Have provided mental health; alcohol and other drug and/or suicide prevention services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Central Queensland area within the past 2-3 years (Bidder organisations may collaborate with other organisations located outside this area);

Organisations from outside Central Queensland may partner with local organisations to form a service delivery consortia. However, organisations from outside Central Queensland will not be eligible to assume the role of lead organisation.

Applications: Applications will only be accepted through this portal.

Who should complete the application: Organisations are encouraged to partner with other organisations when submitting an application. In this instance the 'lead' organisation should submit the application, and reflect partnership arrangements.

Response requirements: Bids can be saved as you go. You can enter and exit the Bid response as many times as you wish. Bids can be edited at any time prior to completion and submission.

Proposed Term: The proposed term of the contract arising from this Tender process is from April/May 2017 contract commencement to 30 June 2018.

Deadline for submissions: at 17:00 (5:00pm) QLD time on Friday 31 March 2017 all submissions must be fully received by this time.
