Tender Description
The Hinchinbrook Shire Council seeks quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, dismantlement and collection of event equipment to the TYTO Parklands for Tasman Turtle’s Picnic Day to be held on 20 May 2017 with an inclement weather date of 27 May 2017.
The quote must include the following;
Supply, delivery, installation, dismantlement and collection of event equipment items as outlined in the Scope of works in the Request for Quotation: RF001610.
Quotations are to be submitted by 10.00am, Thursday 9 March 2017, to events@hinchinbrook.qld.gov.au.
