Tender Description
The Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA) is seeking submissions from suitable Respondents for the sub-lease and operation of the Café / Restaurant located at the entrance to the main Gallery building. The cafe/restaurant lease is offered as a sub-lease of the AGWA head-lease with the State of Western Australia acting through the Minister for Culture and the Arts as Lessor. The sub-lease will operate during the run up to the 125th anniversary of the Gallery in 2020.
