Tender Description
The University of Canberra Public Hospital (UCPH) Car Park (the Project) will provide a multi-storey structured car park of approximately 530 parking spaces.
It is anticipated that the construction will include approximately 3 commercial tenancy areas.
The car park will predominately service the UCPH, and will provide a car parking level for adjacent land users.
The car park will be located on a site adjacent to the UCPH project.
