Tender Description
TfNSW is seeking ROIs from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the identification and provision of design inputs for the remediation of the SaM site. The scope of services for the provision of remediation design inputs is expected to include, but is not limited to:
* Review and evaluation of historical reports, information and data available for the site;
* Identification of a preferred remedial strategy suitable to achieve the nominated remediation goals and objectives, noting that the strategy may comprise one or more remedial techniques (i.e. a treatment train approach);
* Development of concept design drawings and performance specifications for all elements of the preferred remedial strategy;
* Determination of additional site investigation and data requirements necessary to allow detailed design of each element of the preferred remedial strategy, including identification of the need and preferred timing for treatment trials; and
* Determination of a preliminary cost estimate and outline delivery program for the preferred remedial strategy.
The outputs from the scope of services are expected to comprise the following deliverables:
* Nomination of a preferred remediation strategy for the site, including concept design drawings and performance specifications aligned with the remediation objectives;
* Identification of site investigation and data requirements necessary to allow detailed design of the preferred remedial strategy; and
* Preliminary cost estimate and outline delivery program for the preferred strategy.
