EOI - Urban Design Consultants

⁠⁠⁠To invite submissions from qualified consultants to prepare three Urban Design Studies with Masterplans to support future urban renewal within the Kings Bay, Burwood-Concord and Homebush precincts, as defined in the NSW government’s Parramatta Road Corridor Urban Transformation Strategy, November 2016.

Working in partnership the City of Canada Bay, Burwood and Strathfield Councils have identified the need for urban design investigations and masterplans to guide development over the long term and ensure that all future decisions regarding development within these precincts will achieve the highest quality planning and design outcomes.

EOI Objective
To select a shortlist of highly qualified urban design consultants to be invited to respond to and participate in a subsequent request for quotation addressing in detail all requirements of the brief. Interest can be expressed in more than one of the three renewal precincts.
