Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Transport and Main Roads in relation to Invitation to Offer No. RTCNS 10/17 for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of Wet Hire (with operator) of plant as specified in the Invitation to Offer document.
Offers are to be submitted on the basis that they conform to the following:
* Section 2 Standing Offer Arrangement - Conditions of Offer;
* Section 3 Specifications; and
* Section 5 Standing Offer Arrangements Conditions.
