Lease of Lot 102, No. 271 Collier Road, Bayswater

⁠⁠⁠The City of Bayswater owns a prominent 18,580m2 commercial zoned site at the intersection of Collier Road and Tonkin Highway which currently operates as a waste transfer station and material recycling facility and is leased to the current incumbent operator until 30 June 2017.

Accordingly, the City is seeking Expressions of Interest from interested parties to lease the site at Lot 102, No. 271 Collier Road, Bayswater, for potential future uses of the site. The City is receptive to alternate proposals to develop the site, such as factories, warehousing, public utilities or service industries to conform to relevant statutory agency requirements.

The site has great potential due to its proximity to the key industrial and commercial hubs of Morley, Bassendean, Malaga, Perth Airport and industrial parks and has easy access to major transport networks i.e. Reid/Tonkin Highways, Leach Highway and Mitchell Freeway.

Deadline: Expressions of Interest close on Monday, 20 March 2017 at 4.00pm and must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked EXPR-07 and lodged in the Tender Box at the City of Bayswater's Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley.
