The Scope of Work includes the provision of support engineering & rig modification services, including but not limited to:

* Concept design of equipment required to interface subsea and drilling and completions equipment with rig interfaces and structures and the detailed design, analysis, fabricationand installation of such interfaces.

* Development of equipment deployment sequences including movement of equipment from vessel to MODU; to and from the moonpool; and back loading.

* Lift plans; lift studies; and lift certification (CCLEs) as required for both onshore and offshore lifts.

* Deck plans incorporating deck capacity engineering checks

* Seafastening design and detailing to suit vessel and MODU operating conditions for both operating and survival conditions, suitable for review by independent 3rd party as required

* Structural design calculations including lift analysis and rigging design, suitable for review by independent 3rd party as required

* Padeye design and structural analysis for hanging umbilical sheaves and other associatedequipment

* Provision of suitable personnel to conduct offshore and on-site surveys and to assist with installation as required. Personnel will require both an engineering background as well as offshore experience.

* Supply of operating personnel and support services for any supplied equipment.

* Project services and management to support onshore and offshore scopes. This also includes potential provision of associated equipment, including but not limited to:

* Rig compensator over-tension protection devices
* Tension lift frames
* Winches and other hoisting equipment (e.g. AHC A-frames)
* Passive heave compensators suitable for offshore lifts

Firm period: 3 Years.
Option periods: 2 x 1 Year extension.
