500.2016.0107 - The Jubilee Pocket PCYC building requires the replacement of major sections of the roof structure to rectify design issues which are resulting in failures of the existing structure.
In addition two nominated package plants are required to be replaced as identified in the specification.
The building is located at 2489 Shute Harbour Road, Mandalay on Lot 105 CP894264 and is fully tenanted to the PCYC with onsite employees.
