The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders for the purchase of a wetland weed harvester.

Details of the tender, including specifications, are available upon request from the Senior Procurement and Contracts Office; via email: tenders@swek.wa.gov.au, between 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Potential respondents must provider their contact name, email and phone number.

An opportunity to inspect the wetland weed harvester is available between the hours of 9.00am-10.00am and 2.00pm-3.00pm on Wednesday the 22 February 2017 and Monday 27 February 2017. Potential respondents seeking to inspect the wetland weed harvester are to confirm their attendance by emailing tenders@swek.wa.gov.au.

An inspection of the weed harvester is not a mandatory requirement of tendering but potential respondents are encouraged to view the Wetland Weed Harvester prior to submitting a Tender.

Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via email: tenders@swek.wa.gov.au, prior to 12:00pm, Tuesday 28 February 2017.

Tenders must be clearly marked “T05-16/17: Weed Harvester for Sale by Tender”, placed in a sealed envelope and lodged in the tender box at the Shire Administration Office, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra or posted and addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, PO Box 614, Kununurra, WA, 6743.

The highest, or facsimile submissions will not be accepted.

Electronic or facsimile submissions will not be accepted.

The Deadline for submissions is 3:00pm (WST), Friday 3 March 2017.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
