Request for Tender: Provision of Wet and Dry Hire Services for Various Plant and Equipment

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders for the provision of wet and dry hire services for various plant and equipment for a period of one year with a possible one-year extension.

This is a Separable Portions Request for Tender. The Principal reserves the right to appoint a single Contractor to a single Plant and Equipment Category or a single Contractor to multiple Plant and Equipment Categories based on a Value for Money assessment. This is NOT a Panel Contract, only one Contractor will be appointed per Plant and Equipment Category.

An optional briefing session will be held on Wednesday 22 February 2017 at 4.00pm at the Kununurra Council Chambers. Clarifications will not be addressed at this meeting.

Clarification to tender details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Friday 24 February 2017.

Tenders must be submitted via the Shire’s VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au/swek.

The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 3 March 2017.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
