Bellingen Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of visitor information services and other related tourism services at Urunga, under a lease agreement. For example water based equipment hire, provision of light refreshment or sale of local produce would be well suited.
Ideally located on Giinagay Way (the old Pacific Highway), the space has high exposure with an adjacent car park. It is well known as a midway stop between Sydney and Brisbane.

* Reputation as a stopping point, visitor information centre and Driver Reviver
* Located in beautiful beachside town growing in popularity as a holiday destination
* Modern, stand-alone building in excellent condition
* Outside deck overlooking the neighbouring reserve and river
