Alice Springs Town Council is looking for Debt Collection Services

⁠⁠⁠Alice Springs Town Council has 11548 rateable properties, with assessments totalling approximately $25.1 m per annum inclusive of garbage charge.

Additionally, Council issues invoices for other debts including grant claims, annual bin fees and licenses and leases of Council premises.
Accordingly Council requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced debt recovery company to assist in the collection of Council's outstanding rates and sundry debts.

Based on the documents submitted, Council will select one company to provide debt recovery services for the period 20 March 2017 to 30 June 2019, with two 1 year extension options available after that period.
