Expressions of interest are invited from registered builders for selection to tender for:
Mater Dei Primary School Toowoomba, Good Samaritan Block
Project: Demolition of classroom building. Construction of 5 GLAs, amenities & undercroft. Refurb of Ex Library to 2 GLAs & IT room.
Builders are to be experienced in the type of project and to include a list of similar work with referees and their phone numbers.
Tenders called on 10 March for 3 weeks. Construction to start 28th April for 28 weeks.
