Aprox 2727Ha (6738Ac) of Namoi River grazing country. Also included is 3BR brick veneer house and set of cattle yards. Licence to occupy gives the Licensee right to graze livestock on the above property. The Licence period will be for 5 years. Licence period will commence April 2017.
And/or "Vivale" & "Ingleburn"
Approx 572 Ha (1413c). Licence to occupy gives Licensee right to graze or farm Vivale & Ingleburn. Licence Period will be for 4 years. Licence period will commence February 2018. EOI's can be submitted for all properties or individual properties.
Preferred outcome is all properties under one License. EOI close 5pm Friday 17th February 2017.
