Request for Tender: Construct Blister Island on Ironwood Drive and Mangaloo Street

In summary:
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of traffic calming treatments on Ironwood Drive and/or Mangaloo Street.

The Mangaloo Street and Ironwood Drive traffic calming devices Contract will consist of ONE of the following three separable portions, subject to available funds in the adopted 2016/17 annual budget:
i. Separable Portion 1: Construction of speed plateau and place keyed semi-mountable kerb, Ironwood Drive.
ii. Separable Portion 2: Construction of speed plateau and place keyed mountable kerb, Mangaloo Street.
iii. Separable Portion 3: Construction of speed plateaux and place various kerb profile Ironwood Drive and Mangaloo Street.

Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Monday 13 February 2017.

Tenders must be submitted via the Shire’s VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au/swek.

The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 17 February 2017.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
