Principal Contractor - Zillmere Subacute Facility Upgrades; 25 Kolberg Street, Zillmere, Qld 4034.

Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS), is undertaking facility upgrade works at the Zillmere Subacute Facility (the Project).

This invitation to tender seeks to appoint a Principal Contractor to implement the full scope of building works described in the attached Preliminaries document and Architectural and Engineering drawings and specifications set.

Note: A pre-tender meeting will take place on site (25 Kolberg St, Zillmere QLD 4034) at 8.00am – 10.00pm, Friday 3 February 2017.
