Tender Description
TasNetworks is requesting submissions for the Supply of Office Stationery Products and Printed Stationery as detailed in the Request for Tender Scope in the document pack.
TasNetworks employs approximately 1000 staff across the State of Tasmania, with major offices located in Lenah Valley, Cambridge, Mornington, Devonport and Rocherlea with a number of small offices located throughout the South, North and North West of the State.
TasNetworks wishes to set up an agreement with a stationery supplier(s) which:
1. Can satisfy TasNetworks' requirements in regard to photocopier paper, stationery, office requisites, printed stationery products and business cards and kitchen consumables;
2. Can provide an automatic refill service on selected items at TasNetworks' offices in Lenah Valley, Cambridge, Mornington, Devonport and Rocherlea;
3. Has a comprehensive on-line ordering system with approval hierarchy;
4. Has a variety of sustainable products on offer;
5. Is able to respond to orders quickly; and
6. Have very competitive prices
The Tender is offered in three (3) Parts and Tenderers may offer submissions for any or all of these parts. Tenderers are to identify which Parts they are providing a submission for in the completed Capability Statement.

Responses are requested in Portable Document Format (PDF) and must be lodged in the Tenderlink electronic tender box set up for this Tender by the closing time 2:00pm AEDT Friday the 17th of February 2017.

TasNetworks would like to advise the market that two employees within the Tendering and Contracts team have declared a Conflict of Interest associated with this Tender. These employees have registered their Conflict of Interest with the Company Secretary and will have no involvement with the Tender or evaluation process. TasNetworks have mechanisms in place including the Conflict of Interest Register, TasNetworks Code of Conduct, Probity Policy and have engaged an external probity advisor for this Tender.
