Sale and Removal of Gordonbrook Dam Residence

⁠⁠⁠Council is calling Tenders for the sale and removal the residence at Gordonbrook Dam on land located at Shailers Road Gordonbrook and described as Lot 467 on FY838992.

The successful tenderer shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals and permits to remove the building from the site and to demolish ancillary infrastructure associated with the dwelling.

Ancillary infrastructure includes foundations, rainwater tank and septic tanks.

Following removal, the immediate ground is to be shaped and left in good order.

The successful tenderer will also be required to make good any damage to roads, fences and gates necessary to remove the dwelling from the site.
