Tenders are invited from suitably qualified indoor plant companies to hire and maintain plants and planters to Council House and the City of Perth Library for a period of three years with the option to extend for a further two years.

A site briefing will be conducted on Thursday 2 February 2017 at 12.00 noon. Tenderers are to sign in at the Concierge Desk on the Ground Floor of Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace. Although not mandatory this briefing is highly recommended. Please confirm your attendance to Eric Bull on 9461 3397 or eric.bull@cityofperth.wa.gov.au by 5pm, Wednesday 1 February 2017.
