CBM Seek EOIs from Reliable Skilled Contractors Operating in the Albury / Wodonga District

⁠⁠⁠Countrywide Building Maintenance (CBM) is a facilities management and maintenance provider supporting government and corporate clients Australia-wide. While maintaining a national focus, CBM engages local contractors to complete the work, supporting local communities and sustaining local economies. CBM is committed to paying contractors on time, every time, and supporting contractors to meet customer requirements. CBM services customers in early childhood education, education, aged care, community services, government, religion, transport & logistics, retail and wholesale.

Successful contractors will be offered routine (twice monthly) works at one or more sites plus the opportunity to complete and / or quote on reactive and ad hoc works as and when required.

Contractors must have effective systems in place to manage their work schedules, have strong communication skills, be proactive, have an eye for detail and carry out their work with the highest regard for the safety of themselves, the public and the environment.

Trades required:
* Building Maintenance (routine & reactive)
* Handyman
* Carpentry
* Grounds Maintenance (routine & reactive)
* Landscaping

Contractors must:
1. Complete CBM Subcontractor Information form
2. Provide evidence of public liability insurance with at least $10 million cover
3. Provide evidence of workers compensation insurance cover for all employees
4. Provide evidence of valid working with children checks or evidence of an application in process for all site attendees relevant to the state(s) that our clients operate in.
5. Provide a current Capability Statement
6. Provide evidence of current trade licences, permits & qualifications
7. Provide proposed pricing structure

Contractors (and their employees) will also be required to complete customer specific inductions. Arrangements will be made for the completion of these prior to commencing works.

For all works completed:
1. Provide completed and signed safety documentation for all work undertaken
2. Arrange for client sign-off for the work completed validating the completion and quality of the work
3. Provide invoices within 14 days of completion of work.
