Tenders are invited and will be received until 4pm on 6 February 2017 for the disposal of the following properties:

Lot 17 - No. 146 Chidlow Street, Northam being vacant land with an area of 0.0916 hectares certificate title 287/64A Plan DO20438
Lot 18 – No. 144 Chidlow Street, Northam being vacant land with an area of 0.0916 hectares certificate title 2229/191 Plan P206026
Lot 233 No. 2 Kingla Road Wundowie with an area of 0.0925 hectares certificate title 2229/191 Plan P206026
Lot 234 No. 45 Balga Terrace Wundowie with an area of 0.1327 hectares certificate title 2229/191 Plan P206026

Tenders sent through the post should be contained in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Private and Confidential” – Disposal of Property and be addressed to the CEO, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613 Northam WA 6401 or hand delivered to the Shire Administration Office at 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam.

Canvassing of Councillors or staff will disqualify tenderer. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late tenders and tenders submitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.
