Tender Description
This project comprises the construction of a besser block or similar sturdy material public toilet and shower facility on a concrete slab at the Tambo Polocrosse Grounds. The public amenity should comprise of:-
Male 2 toilets (1 disabled), 1 shower, 1200mm stainless steel urinal, 1 vanity with 2 basins with cold water taps at each basin, mirror, soap and paper towel dispenser
Female 4 toilets (1 disabled), 1 shower, 1 vanity with 2 basins with cold water taps at each basin, mirror, soap and paper towel dispenser.
The amenity facility shall include electrical lighting and power points, a continuous flow gas hot water system of suitable size to provide adequate hot water to the showers, lockable doors to the toilet cubicles, shower curtains to the shower cubicles and disabled railings to the PWD toilet cubicles. As the amenity facility will be accessible 24 hours the need for lockable gates is not required; however, the design of the facility should provide privacy for persons entering the amenity.
Quotations shall be lodged in the tender box in the office of Blackall - Tambo Regional Council, 6 Coronation Drive, Blackall or 21 Arthur Street, Tambo before 4:00pm Monday 4th February 2017.
