Request for Tender - St Peters Zone Substation Landscaping and Other Works

⁠⁠⁠Ausgrid requires the contracted services of a competent company capable of providing civil and construction works at the existing St Peters ZS necessary for landscaping).

Scope of this tender includes civil, building, landscaping, earthing and general work components. The majority of work will be contained outside the existing substation building; however some construction works are required inside the substation and within close proximity.

The scope of work will consist of site preparation, demolition works, civil works, security fencing works, landscaping work and general work as per the drawings and specifications.

The scope of works broadly includes but it is not limited to:
* Site preparation work
* Installation of security fencing, gates and concrete footings
* Removal of security fencing gates and concrete footings
* Demolition including removal of existing footpath & vehicle crossing
* Installation of footpath and modifications to adjacent foot path
* Installation of footpath grass verge area & repair kerb & guttering
* Planting of advanced trees in footpath grass verge area
* Renew section of driveway adjacent Sydney Rd as required
* Footpath around 132kV GIS building
* Replace parking area next to front gate and including the surrounding area at the eastern end of the site as shown in the diagram
* Miscellaneous landscaping including all required civil works including those in the Eastern Parking Area
* Replace Tx roadway at the Eastern end of site (Optional - Tenderers to provide price)
* Advanced tree plantings eastern boundary of the Switch yard (Optional - Tenderers to provide price)
* Replace Parking area next to GIS SWRM 2 at the western end of the switchyard
* Construct retaining wall and required civil works at the western end of the switchyard
* Construct Tx roadway at the western end of the switchyard
* Traffic and pedestrian impact management and controls including obtaining relevant approvals
* Earthing will be required to installed as per drawing 034653_01R12, excavation and ground preparations to be performed by the contractor, the installation will be completed by Ausgrid. Contractor will be required to cooperate, and communicate with Ausgrid to complete work.
